What is the end goal?
As an athlete, you are put in a place to be mentally, physically, and emotionally attuned in every moment, whether on the field or off the field. The end goal is to help the athlete find their equilibrium state of mind on and off the field and how to manage to stay in that zone to achieve peak performance. This can be reached by integrating mental skills, mindfulness exercises, and overall debriefing of triggers that lead to a decline in performance and working through those to avoid the decline in the future.
